How much does the booking service cost?
Our booking service is completely free for clients. You pay only the standard lesson rate — there are no hidden fees or surcharges. We work directly with instructors and schools.
How quickly will you find an instructor?
We usually confirm an instructor within 24 hours. During peak season (December–January, February) we recommend submitting your request at least a week in advance.
How are instructors verified?
All instructors in our network hold national or international certifications (ISIA, national licenses). Each instructor goes through a personal verification process — our team checks their qualifications, teaching style, and client reviews before they join the network.
What if the instructor doesn’t suit me?
If after the first lesson you feel the instructor isn’t the right fit — we’ll find a replacement for free. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Which countries do you cover?
We book instructors at resorts in Switzerland, France, Austria, Andorra, and Germany. Our resort list is constantly expanding.
What languages are instructors available in?
Our network includes instructors who speak Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. Specify your preferred language in the request and we’ll find the right match.
Can you help with accommodation and transfers?
Yes! Our Ski Concierge service covers accommodation booking, airport transfers, equipment rental, and activity planning. Tell us what you need when submitting your request.
